Standard Process
*Estimated duration: 45-90 days dependent on position

1. Apply Online– Submit an application to any position(s) on our career site. If no applicable positions are listed, sign up for notifications or join a talent community
2. Hire Vue Interview– Complete a 6-8 question digital interview recorded through Hire Vue
3. Phone Screen– Speak with us briefly over the phone
4. Interview– Come in and meet us in person. Certain positions may require more than one visit.
5. Complete Assessment (If Applicable) – Some positions require completion of a skills and competencies assessment.
6. Employment Offer – Chosen candidate receives offer of employment

Job Fair
*Estimated duration: 1-2 weeks

2. Attend a Job Fair– Job fairs are sometimes conducted for certain positions throughout the organization. Candidates are scheduled for an in-person interview on the designated job-fair day.
3. Employment Offer– Chosen candidate(s) receives offer of employment

Event-Day
*Estimated duration: 24-48 hours

2. Interview – Candidates will be contacted to set up a digital or in-person interview
3. Employment Offer – Candidates receive either an employment offer or declination immediately following the interview
