How do I sign up to receive my Employee Benefits Pass?
Employees will receive an email invitation with links to download the Employee Benefits Pass. Most iPhones and Androids have a mobile wallet app installed on the device by default – Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (formerly Google Pay). If you do not have a mobile wallet app on your smartphone, you can download and install one from the App Store or Google Play. Following the prompts in the email invitation to download your pass in to your device’s default mobile wallet app. If you do not receive an email invitation for your Employee Benefits Pass or you need additional assistance, please contact [email protected].

How can I receive my employee offers or discounts if I do not have a smartphone – iPhone or Android device?
If you do not have an iPhone or Android device, please click the link at the bottom of the invitation email, which states that you may receive a temporary printable pass. Clicking that link will generate a temporary printable pass in a new email which you can use to access your employee benefits. Please do not click on the link if you have a smartphone and can install the Employee Benefits Pass in to your mobile wallet.

How can I see more details on the back of my Employee Benefits Pass?
For iOS 16 and above, click on the question mark in the bottom right corner of the Apple Wallet pass. For iOS 15 and below, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the pass. For Android, click on the “Details” button at the bottom of the Google Wallet pass.

The back of the Employee Benefits Pass will keep you up to date on all the benefits available to you as an active employee. It will also provide important information on exclusions, terms & conditions, and a contact for support.

Is sharing my Employee Benefits Pass with family and friends permitted?
Unfortunately, we only offer benefits to current active employees of The Kraft Group and its affiliates.

Where can I redeem my Employee Benefits Pass?
You can use your Employee Benefits Pass at the Patriots ProShop for a discount, at the Patriots Hall of Fame for entry, and on event days to access your meal voucher (when applicable and you are scheduled to work). If you have questions about these offers and discounts, you may reach out to [email protected].

How do I remove the Employee Benefits Pass from my iPhone Lock Screen?
You will need to visit the back of the Employee Benefits Pass.

For iOS 16 and above, click on the question mark in the bottom right corner of the Apple Wallet pass. For iOS 15 and below, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the pass.

Toggle off the “Suggest on Lock Screen” button.

I deleted my Employee Benefits Pass from my mobile wallet, how can I regain access to the pass?
Please contact [email protected] and you will receive a new email invitation to re-download the Employee Benefits Pass in to your mobile wallet.

Do I need Google Wallet if I already have Google Pay?
For the best Employee Benefits Pass experience it is recommended that you use Google Wallet, which is the Android app dedicated to the use and management of mobile wallet passes and payment cards. While the Google Pay app currently still supports passes, it is more focused on peer-to-peer payments, merchant offers, and other payment services.

If the Google Wallet app isn’t pre-installed on your Android phone, you can click here to find it in the Google Play store.
