After graduating from Williams College in 1986, Jonathan Kraft began his career at Bain & Co. He later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and joined the Kraft Group in 1990. Since then, he has worked to help drive the growth and diversification of the Kraft Group. In his role as President, Jonathan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of each of the Kraft Group’s operating businesses and outlining the strategic plan for future expansion and strategic diversification.
In 2010, Kraft joined the Board of Trustees at Massachusetts General Hospital and served as Chair from 2019 to 2025. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Mass General Brigham Board of Directors and as a member of the Board of Directors for TKO Group Holdings, Inc., the parent company of UFC and WWE. He also serves on the Boards of Trustees for Belmont Hill School and Dexter Southfield; Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors; MIT’s Commonwealth AI Group; the MIT Provost External Advisory Council; and the Advisory Board for the Billie Jean King Foundation. Kraft is a Trustee Emeritus of Williams College and a former chair of its Investment Committee.
