JOSH KRAFT

President of the New England Patriots Foundation

Josh Kraft serves as President of the New England Patriots Foundation where he oversees millions of dollars in philanthropic support of education, health, social justice, diversity, and youth development. Josh has spent the majority of his career working in disadvantaged communities in and around Boston, starting with the Boys & Girls Club in Chelsea which he founded in 1993 and went on to serve as Executive Director for 15 years.

Josh continues to serve his community on the boards of the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts (Board Chair), Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, as well as co-chairing MA Governor Healey’s Hate Crimes Task Force.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Williams College and his master’s in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is the father of two adult daughters, both of whom work for non-profits.

JONATHAN KRAFT​

President of The Kraft Group

Jonathan Kraft is the President of the Kraft Group. He oversees the day-to-day operations of each of the company’s businesses.

A graduate of Williams College, Kraft is a Trustee Emeritus and a member of the Williams College Investment Committee. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he currently serves on the Dean’s Board of Advisors. Kraft has served on the Board of Trustees of Massachusetts General Hospital since 2010 and was named chair in 2019. He is on the Board of Directors for TKO Group Holdings, Inc., which comprises UFC and WWE. He is also on the Board of Trustees for Belmont Hill School and Dexter Southfield. Additionally, Kraft is a member of the M.I.T. School of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council, a board member for Mass General Brigham and sits on the advisory board for the Billie Jean King Foundation.

Jonathan Kraft

President of the Kraft Group

Upon graduation from Williams College in 1986, Jonathan started his career at Bain & Co. After earning his MBA at Harvard Business School, he joined the Kraft Group in 1990. Since that time, he has worked to help drive the growth and diversification of the Kraft Group. In his role as President, Jonathan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of each of the Kraft Group’s operating businesses and outlining the plan for future growth and diversification.

Jonathan serves on the Board of Dean’s Advisors at Harvard Business School and is also on the board of trustees for several organizations, including Massachusetts General Hospital, where he serves as the board’s chair, Partners Healthcare, Belmont Hill School and Dexter Southfield. He is a Trustee Emeritus of Williams College and a member of the Williams College Investments Committee. He chairs the Boston Children’s Hospital Stem Cell Advisory Board and is also a member of the MIT School of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council and the Advisory Board for the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative.

Outside of business and family, Jonathan is very active in youth athletics and has coached Pop Warner football, youth soccer, youth basketball and Little League baseball in the greater Boston area.
